I want my 1st to be PBEM

Can you stand the pressure to not play the 1st solo.

Lets find out together, so we are all on the same level

First, I'll believe Civ 4 comes out 'soon' when I see it on a store shelf.

Second, theres a good chance I won't get it for some time for factors that range from cash likely not on hand to waiting for bugs to get worked out, much like I did with CivIII.

I would at least finish all the games I'm involved in at that moment.

Won't really get into CIV until alexman sorts out the corruption algorythms (if indeed there is corruption in CIV)

I'll be finishing all Civ3 PBEMs, but probably joining only CIV ones, once the game is out.

indeed finish up the current civ III pbems and demo games

                          also get into civ IV

and depending on the wonderous mess that they create in civ IV then just may keep on keeping on with civ III into yet another year

would ya really have it any other way

My idea would be to start exclusively diplogames in the beginning. This way one wouldn't have to worry about not knowing the game well. MP or PBEM - depending on the reliability of this new CIV.

Corruption, for whomever said that, is out for cIV as far as I understand, as is pollution. Not sure what they're replaced with - but something other than corruption and pollution... some sort of happiness system I believe (environmental happiness?)

I will still play them that I have now, but if cIV is any good I'll stick to new cIV games after I know it's soon to be out (meaningful release date w/in 3-6 months...)
