so that we have equal knowledge of the world:

game A: small pangea 60%, normal, cool, 4 billion years, raging barbarians
game B: small pangea 60%, arid, warm, 4 billion years, restless barbarians

so expect to see lots of deserts in B and nothing special in A

I had a feeling A was cold and B was warm. I didn't realise you could tell random settings from the next game set up though.

i noticed, because i started 2 games with wrong settings, once forgetting our chosen civs, once wrong difficulty level. every time i had to manually reset to "random" and it wasn't always the same.
