In independent but co-ordinated actions, Russia has captured the Austrian cities of Lvov, Warsaw and Prague. The latter two shall be made available for annexation to Prussia, to make up for the Austrian atrocities to your peoples. We are currently fortifying the cities and the handover shall take place shortly, once our wounded and battle-weary troops have regained their health and the threat of Austrian counter-attack has passed.
The Czar Alexander hopes this is to your liking
All we ask in return is that you allow us to maintain our RoP so that we can move our troops through your lands to reinforce our Frence possession of Orleans against the Austrian (and Spanish) threat.
