Please help!

I've been playing PtW online for a while now, but there seems to be a problem. Sometimes, I dont know why, I get a message saying:

"Out of Synch Message Detected" goto lobby.

Or something like that. Why!? This is really annoying, and it happens quite often. No point in being the big bad, threatening all others by your mere presence just to be "poof" removed by a stupid glitch!
I was gonna beat the English to dust! They declared war on me, gave me a golden age and I was mobilizing my armies to devastate them, it was so interesting, I was kicking ass!!!

How can I fix this?
Or is it just firaxis that enjoy making people upset?

Get a more reliable internet connection. Either it is to slow or has a too high packet loss or bit error rate. I may be someone else in the game as well that has the problem on his side.

The dreaded oos message!!! ugh!!!
us ladder people got em all the time in PTW.
not much u can do bout them really is reload the game and start where u left off, u get bad days and good days i suppose.

doubt that its too slow,got a 2mb/s line, should be enough right?
packet loss... is that sent and received?
