Help: Loading saved Multiplayer Games

I've been playing a multiplayer game over my LAN.

I can start as many games as I want but I cannot load any that I've saved...with both humans still playing...

What am I doing wrong????

Any help would be appreciated.

Select:
From the begining:

Slect or click on->

MP
LAN
Host
Game Mode
Load Game
Then choose the appropriate game.
