As a matter of interest, has anyone met any barbarians ?

The settings were supposed to be restless (from memory)

But I haven't any. I know I started the game, and I am thinking I must of screwed up and turned them off.

And its probably why I havent see one goodie hut !!

Seriously, maybe our land mass is too small to spawn barbarians? Perhaps we filled up the island before we could get any. Anyway, no loss.
Nice looking turkey, by the way. Are you celebrating the American Thanksgiving or do you just like turkey? Or is that a chicken?

I distinctly remember the Romans commenting on goodie huts. I found a couple early on too. There were barbarians early game. They only spawn on landmasses with players so if you haven't settled an island you won't see them.

On another note... do you all have conquests? If so I was thinking on another game with us 4 since this group seems to take turns regularly. Let me know if you're up for it.

I'll take the turn on Sunday when I'm back at home.

Yes, it's a good group. I get this game once or twice a day but other games I haven't seen in a couple of weeks. I'm willing to have another game with this group and I have Conquests. As you know. ^^
