The Ottoman Empire condemns the invasion of their homeland by the Babylonians. Withdraw your forces and exist peacefully.Comment

The thing is...
The Babylonian people have never forgotten the Ottoman people's earlier agression. Which included, first, the sinking of a Babylonian ship that was on an expeditionary mission and hearaded peace. That was followed by stern warning from the Ottomans for no ships or units of others Civ's would be allowed within the boundaries of the Ottoman Empire.
But, what's good for the goose is not good for the gander; at least not in the Ottomans eyes. The Ottoman Empire sent it's ship within Babylonian's Boundaries without warning and without regret.
These two trangressions have weighed heavily on the normally peaceful people of Babylon. It was decide at that point that a co-existent future with them could not be counted upon due to the unnerveing actions the Babylonian people had bare witness too.
It is with great thought and heavy heart that the Babylonian people declare that a peaceful existence between out two Civ's can never be. The ealier wrongs cannot be forgiven.
