I think Greece and England were thinking that about the Ottomans when THEY were busy attacking others. It's entirely possible that Greece and England see this as retribution and not agression on the behalf of Babylon.

It's good to see that the egotistical Hammurabi would speak on the behalf of England and Greece to justify his warmongering. I'd prefer to see what England and Greece have to say on the matter.
