It took 7hrs for me to get my test email so we should post here if the turn is uploaded to yahoo. I hope these long delays are only temporary.

i usually receive only about half of the turn notifications, but gladly Cerberus mails me a notice about when my turn is posted.Comment

What I've seen as the last player is if you have your units set to move more than one turn they will move again at the end of the turn. So basically they move twice but you won't be able to use the unit the next turn. Is that what you've seen?Comment
