    I think you missed the joke, Divvy. That's what it would say in a civ game during diplomacy with the Iraqi information minister (as opposed to the standard "My words are backed by nuclear weapons!" in the game)

      It means that the iraqi regime rather denies it has those weapons, like in the pre-gulf-war 3 period.

        "We Americans" didnt claim control of cities......overzealous journalists did.....the military would claim partial control, which was not a lie. By the way, these were the same journalists who looked so dejected and irritated when there werent enough big explosions, or the coalition forces didnt move fast enough for them.

        But, back on topic....I also enjoyed the press conferences from "Mr Magoo"....definately a candidate for a leaderhead.
