I am out of room on my diplomatic screen for faces to be there so I can click on them to speak with there leader. Is there anyway that I can contact them now?

Alright one last try...
On the screen where you see the leaders faces there is something like 8 spots. At first there is just a question mark but then when you make contact with a civ then there face appears where the question mark was.
However, in a game with many civs the entire circle of leaders faces gets filled.
I then met another civ and it doesn't show up because there is no room.
Is there anyway for me to contact them, as at this point only they can talk to me because I am out of room?

The game can only handle 8 civs at a time. If you have PTW, you should have a display on the screen with a tag of something like more civs. Selecting this will yield a drop down list of civs you know about and selecting one will replace of of the currently displayed one.
I forget how this is accomplished before PTW, but it canbe done. It has been expalined in an older thread is you are in a hury.

Of course you could always just use shift-d (or is it just 'd' I can never remember the hot keys without being in the game itself and one of them is disband unit, the other is diplomacy) to bring up the diplomacy list of current civs you can talk to and choose one. There's also a little "D" next to the status box on the right side that you can click and get the listing of current civs you can contact. I usually don't do this though cause if you click just to the left of the "D" on accident, your turn ends.
Disclaimer: These ways are all pre PTW. They may have changed.badams
