I never raze a city with a wonder; instead, I'm always afraid that some dumb AI player may do it just for the sake of its war. So I always try to get first in wonder AI cities.
Hrm, this just got me thinking. I never raze a city with a wonder either, not even obsolete ones. But can anyone confirm that you actually get points for keeping captured, obsolete wonders? I mean does the fact that you possess the wonder actually get taken into account in your score?

Don't know, and on Civ3 I noticed that the game don't gave me the rightful culture points that I deserved, even on times of peace. Not 1 lousy point from, let's say, Great Library on Modern Age. I don't know if the PTW has also this feature, but it is very annoying.

You get the benefits of captured wonders but the not the culture

That's because you captured it. You only get Culture Points if you build it.

About Destroying a size 1 City...
Is it Culture Points, or just any improvements that allows a city to be captured? I was thinking that if it had some improvement that it would let you capture it instead of auto raze. Of course, any cities of which I was thinking may have had a Temple in them--they don't remain when you capture a city.

            Score from Wonders? What score?
You get score only from citizens (happy or content/specialist), territory, or future tech. See your F8.

              Culture Points.
Now whether they have to be from the current owner or not, ...

Why not keep these some of the time? I do.
