able to see all the civilizations in the world playing on my advisor diplomacy screen. Its really annoying when I want to quickly check if a right of passage or other agreement is in place.

Trade negotiations, on Civ3, must be reviewed on a diplomacy window. PTW enables viewing trade agreements on a special window, the one where you can choose to see or not the agreements that you want to see between nations. Just a file above it.

You can Shift-Right click on each face to produce a drop-down list of the civs. This way you can choose which 8 (or 7?) civs you want to see on the screen.
Note : could be Shift-Left Click, or with Ctrl ?

You can only see 7 other civs at a time.
As was stated, use+Rt-Clk to get a drop-down w/ other civ names.
