as it stands now, it looks like 4th quarter 2001, or 1st quarter 2002. -very broad, yes, but it's just not close enough to pinpoint until probably the 2 or 3rd beta release.

While it's certainly possible that Firaxis will finish by the fourth quarter, we shouldn't get our hopes up. I can only hope that they will wait until the game is perfect (almost) before they release it.
