Very nice! Units look more like CtP, so graphics won't be bad here. But I care about AI much more than I do care about graphics.

You must be a dumb ******!!!!!! Wait you live in Italy. Well the phrase makes perfectly good sense to me, but I live in America. Of course all we would have to do is send in paper airplanes to destroy Italy. Ok maybe not so but at least Vatican City.

Paper airplanes makes total sense. Paper airplanes are airplanes folded out of paper. What the advisor is saying is that we could use folded up paper to take out an inferior nation. I could see myself or countless other cocky Americans uttering this phrase.

Edited, to add some meaning to the post:
This is the risk of adding "tongue in cheek" humor to Civ III (or any other game, for that matter): it can be misunderstood by others if left in english, and be difficult to properly translate anyway. Well, the good point is I have learned another english/american term (and not, it's not the insulting one )
