Culture and nationality !

Wow, I took a little break from reading the boards and it looks like I came back just in time: The wealth of information (and speculation) is absolutely amazing... Hmm "culture" rating, sounds very good, it looks as if assimilating conquered peoples into your civ will be tougher than just kicking up you luxuries or sending in the troops for a turn or two.
I can hardly wait.
