This is a minor issue that they nevertheless can change very easily and quickly, the next couple of months. Perhaps it is the development-team of Civ-3 that are advisors - in that case, its perfectly OK.

Good point! Maybe Zulus have only black advisors, unless the "development-team" theory is correct.
