Well, here is how you make the PTW editor work:
1) Go into a computer game store
2) Buy a copy of the game
3) Install your legitimate version on the PC.
4) Start the editor.If you cut off my head, what do I say?

Regularly, no more than 4 or 5, I guess. Clicking on your flag you'll get a reasonable list of how many Brazilians are registered here.
