I think the day will soon be coming when more and more people will make their own Civ3 sites. Or certainly other sites will beef up their coverage and want Apolyton to know about it. It would be nice if these notifications could be somehow organized into one thread so we all know where to look/post such for such things.
This, I believe, is more satisfying a solution than my simply moving threads around, etc. So in honor of having his thread locked by me a few days ago, I shall announce alex369's site:
Congratulations, alex. Please everbody check out his site and report back here if you like to share what you think about it.
Now, it might even be a fun project if we Apolytoners were to scour the Internet locating Civ3 sites and rating them right here, from 1 to 20. That could be rather fun and perhaps educational, especially if we provide a brief review of the sites. Anybody up for it? I'll start with just two sites.
#1. Apolyton (of course, if there's any competition) Always has the latest news, an active forum, and exclusives on Civ development directly from Firaxis. (More comments about Apolyton?)
#2. Alex 369's site, "Civmedia" http://civ.u4l.com/ A small but growing site with News, Forums, Chat and Clans. The graphics are simple but efficient. Give it a visit.
#3-20 Of course, #1 and #2 spots can still be debated, along with #3-20.
