ie taxluxuries

or some other order

Flight is right...tax, science, luxury

But they shouldn't change att all unless you actually change them yourself.

A == % to science
B == % to luxuries
C == remainer to treasury

hehee... I didn't know that double clicking on hte leader heads on teh forgien advisor screen took you straight to the table... for a long long time... came as quite a suprise
