Who are the Wimps of CIV3?

In my games the Americans usually end up in a war aginst them by 3 or 4 other civs (mostly me included ).
That always results in annihilation.....

But of course no American will admit they are a pushover.....

They aren't. Expansionist and industrous is a brutal combination in the ancient age. In my games I'm always having problems with the americans.

Hm, they cause trouble, but not for long! And because they usually START trouble, also with other civs (AI), they usually don't survive into the modern era....

They have a late UU so their units have no extra benefit against other civs who DO have such extra's....
