  • Barbarian immunity

If we fortify a warrior on a jungle square or build a city in the jungle without clearing the surrounding tiles - our folks get diseased and die.

On the other hand - barbarians build their little hovels on these tiles with impunity.

Wazzup widdat? Anyone know where they're getting their 'anti-jungle-fever medicine'?

Well, Sean Connery is probably living amongst them

    (pretty obscure reference, I know,I know )
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him God? - Epicurus

With 129f I had a game with a spearmen fortied in a jungle on my land for about 1000 years and it never got damaged. I left it alone to see what would happen. I finally had to kill it.

Not too obscure, but the lesson learned is to burn down the jungle and they leave.

Ahhh, but Lorraine Bracco as a psychiatrist provides immunity!
The greatest delight for man is to inflict defeat on his enemies, to drive them before him, to see those dear to them with their faces bathed in tears, to bestride their horses, to crush in his arms their daughters and wives.
