Is it possible to use the moving leaderheads of civ 3 diplomacy in a power point presentation? and if so, is this legal without permission or red tape? ( this is just for a small, school class presentation)

Technically, it might not be totally legal. However, for schoolwork I don't think anyone would sue you. Especially if you reveal the source of the picture. You copy and use pictures from history books, don't you? Why not pictures from computer games? So get your Naomi Klein books and move it or I'll seriously bash your faces in! - Supercitizen to stupid students

Since it is school, so long as you included "Civilization 3" in your bibliography there would be no problem..."Show me a man or a woman alone and I'll show you a saint. Give me two and they'll fall in love. Give me three and they'll invent the charming thing we call 'society'. Give me four and they'll build a pyramid. Give me five and they'll make one an outcast. Give me six and they'll reinvent prejudice. Give me seven and in seven years they'll reinvent warfare. Man may have been made in the image of God, but human society was made in the image of His opposite number, and is always trying to get back home." - Glen Bateman, The Stand (Stephen King)

Isn't is comparable to posting game screenshots on Apolyton? Who would hire a lawyer to stop us from doing that?So get your Naomi Klein books and move it or I'll seriously bash your faces in! - Supercitizen to stupid students
