#19 Dr. Strangelove - You lose all control over your Nuclear Bombers and Missles. They fire at Russian cities at will.

#20 Russian Doomsday Machine - Causes a rapid viewing of archived nuclear explosions that you see in all Cold War T.V. shows.

#21 The Friendly Enemy - Causes all troops to come out of their trenches in a war and exchange gifts on Christmas. The next turn you are free to shoot at them.

#22 E-Mail - You get a 50% percent increase in productivity. There is a 50% chance that the world's computer systems will be hacked into and cause random disbandings of units, launches of missles and/or causing the AI to get as intelligent as a 2 year old instead of the usual still-in-the-womb. (well, maybe a 10% chance on that last one.)

#23 E-Mail Virus - Causes your enemies to constantly get messages that are named "I Love You" in their Chat With Kings box. WARNING: Only build this wonder in MP games because the AI will send letters that start with "I Love You TOO!"

#24 Modern Olimpics - Causes drug use to increase 20% where held.
