Just want to know what is the best mod for Civ3?
I search for a more realistic/immersive experience?
Is this a good mod to add one or two Governement, since he scrap the Fanatiscm
from Civ3? Why scrap this governement, now we miss right-wind Totalitarian(fascism), Fanatism even maybe even try to imagine a governement in the future... Democratic is not the final kind of governement....

And wish that PTW will be lagless one day
