  • Good Civ3 Maps?

Tried to look through the directory and files forum, but its hard to find stuff. So what i'm wonder is if there is any large world map that has correct starting locations _but_ doesn't introduce any balance changes into the mix. I've found some decent looking maps, but they change balance and such, its annoying. Probably one of the few that just play with default rules, heh.

But on another note, to not make this thread completely useless. Feel free to recommend any good scenarios you might know of, or just good regular maps release.

I don't know about balance or anything, but I know the most accurate Earth map is "Marla's Earth Map". They have it at www.civ3.com. Maybe it has your balance thing, maybe not...

Kal-el's is my favorite. It's only 160x160 though. It's pretty good unless you start as the Japanese or the English (especially the English) where you may have a tough time of it.
