Does anyone know of anyone whos died of CIV3 addiction

For pities sake whats all this crap about addiction to CIV3 why on earth would any sane gamer here want to find ways of interfering with there enjoyment of CIV.

Has any one actually died from this, is it as bad as doing crack or heroin I think not,sure Ive woke up before now with an imprint of my keyboard on the side of my face but I get by ok.

I still manage to do all the other things I need to do you just have to learn how to manage your own life thats all.

I certainly dont see why firaxis need to put some kind of timer in the game.

I just returned to life... Guess I was in hell because they didn't have civ3 there so I didn't stick around for a long time.

Some unoffical medical research show that your blood thickens if you don't get enough sleep. So if you like play civ3 alot without sleep you might die from a heart attack. It happens occasionly that I read about people who have died in front of their computer after playing games like 48 hours in a row. I can post the link, but I assume your Norwegian lack just a few words to understand it...

I guess some people can need the timer. I could sometimes, especially if I have some other boring stuff I should do.

I find that a dubious claim.

Although you may suffer "economy class syndrome" if you sit at your computer for hours on end without moving about - then you'll get blood clots.
