I have question about the info box on the bottom left corner of the Civ 3 screen. What do the numbers in the ()'s indicate? I notice them fluctuating throughout a game.

I wanted to say the bottom right corner of the screen.

There are two:

The first is your income per turn.

The second is the number of turns remaining to complete research on the tech.

Those are related; they are the allocations, as 10% increments, to (Income.Science.Luxuries).
