IIRC, the plane had been flying the exact same path every day, and giving off little blips here and there, and the serbs figured out where it would be at such and such a time, and fired missiles set to detonate at the altitude the plane was expected at.Rhett Monroe Chassereau

The F-117 over Yugo was shot down by a Soviet built SA-6 missle system (sorry easterners for the NATO designation) that dates from about 20 years ago.Comment
