    No permanent enemies, no permanent friends.
    [This message has been edited by The diplomat (edited August 10, 2000).]
    'There is a greater darkness than the one we fight. It is the darkness of the soul that has lost its way. The war we fight is not against powers and principalities, it is against chaos and despair. Greater than the death of flesh is the death of hope, the death of dreams. Against this peril we can never surrender. The future is all around us, waiting, in moments of transition, to be born in moments of revelation. No one knows the shape of that future or where it will take us. We know only that it is always born in pain.'"

                        tuckson,

                        MasterCard has a series of adds quoting the prices of certain items that you can buy with a mastercard and then says something you get out of it like 'pure joy' or 'family time' Priceless.

                        So what the joke is cost of doing things related to civ and then saying that the game is priceless.
                        About 24,000 people die every day from hunger or hunger-related causes. With a simple click daily at the Hunger Site you can provide food for those who need it.

                              - Reading Apolyton's Forums everyday: some hours;
                              - Browsing Apolyton in search for Civ3 info: some more hours;
                              - Waiting for the latest Civ3 screenshot to be downloaded on my 56k modem: a LOT of time;

                              - Seeing Yin26 actually having a lot of fun with Civ3: Priceless.
                              I watched you fall. I think I pushed.
