Maybe you don't have at least one of EVERYTHING. To make it true to my house, replace all strategic resources with beer and cigarettes, and all lux's to gadgets and computer stuff, then we'd have MY sad face up there....

Seriously, though, once you control one source of every luxury and resource for every civ without its own supply, you can finally be said to have "enough" -- enough to supply yourself and every other civ with each good. After all, what on Earth else would you want to do with them?
I would be suprised if your Trade Advisor was not finally happy at that point. Although I suppose it wouldn't hurt to have some strategic backup sources...
