  • Multiple Negotiations

Wouldn't it be cool to have joint negotiations with multiple cvilizationsat a time?
Like a three or four way conversation (maybe even more). Wouldn't that be cool? You could realy set up multiple alliance (like the Axis and Allies in WW2) or sign a huge **** Pact sorta thing.

Indeed. As long as the AI understands them, the more diplomacy options, the better. It makes the game so much more intricate.

On a side note, a CTP2 screenshot showed a tab called "Negotiation Table". We can but hope.

Yeah I could like this. AI needs to be able to compromise though, and understand.

This is an excellent idea! (I'm prejudiced - I love any good improvements to diplomacy) But since allowing multiple civs to talk at once is probably too hot for the AI to handle , it should probably be only available in multiplay. The idea is really good because I could for example give some units to the Chinese, then the Chinese gives a small town to the French, and the French could give me some much needed money.

You could also play the role of mediator between two feuding civs Maybe you could even be mediated?

Excellent idea orange, but again, I think it would be also impossible to get an AI to do this, so it should really be available onyl in multiplay. And how about if you mediate between civs (successfully?), it'll improve your reputation?

Well to mediate you should have a good reputation to begin with in the first place, but yes it should make your reputation higher for a job well done and visa versa.
