With there being so many threads lately on AI "cheating" and advantages, I was wondering if some of the more knowledgeable and objective vets around here could post a comprehensive list of known and suspected AI cheats for us newbies.

They haven't even bothered to explain why they took away the Cheat Mode we had in Civ 2, and even were vindictive enough to kill the "multi.sav" cheat with the 1.21 patch.
