Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
Yeah, I put a link to my mod in my signature. Click it, download it, install, and watch the modern age work! (Assuming you aren't using a fantasy mod - hobbits don't use tanks, but dwarves might).
Yet another shameless plug brought to you by The Templar.

Thanks For Voting, I know I was pushing for more people to vote, Even though the Civfanatics Moderators were unhappy my cross reference advertising, Its now up to 163 votes, so I have more of an Idea of which races to Pursue in favour of others.
Um, Yes I have been working from May, and Most of that was tech tree and unit stats, tweaking via a Excel spreadsheet to make viable troop costs and benefits. But As some allready Know I'm not at home in fron tof my computer at the moment, In fact I'm in the Philippines right now, so Its a little hard to keep in contact, and work on units, I have some sketches but no scanner at any of the cyber cafe's I have visited yet.
The Evil butterflies are still in the picture, In fact I'm concentrating on alot of ideas for possible Danegrous Terrains, Units that are scenario based troops, with 0 movement and the icon looks like either an existing terrain, that will 'animate' when you attempt to move into the terrain, or a resource icon that is also a terrain looking troop, but of course once you defeat it, you have access to that resource.
Thanks for being patient, I'll get something posted as soon as humanly possible.
