Ending Date?

I noticed the game ends in the year 2050. Is there a way to modify this with CivEdit so that you can go a longer period of time?

Nope. Many people asked for it, but it's not changeable.

I bet it could be made changeable by Firaxis. It can't be that hard. Again, it's something ppl have been asking about ever since the game was released.

I have. Works perfectly. I can safely play to 5000AD without problems.

And I don't see why they can't impliment it. I mean, as ive said many times before, if Gramphos can do it, why can't they? It should be much easier for them.

Why wait for the X-pack? Get Gramphos Multi-tool and do it yourself. Easy to do.
