please help- lost link!

I hope no one yells at me, but I can't find a fairly vital link. I remember one needs a special version of the editor because the one that came with 1.21 is invalid. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

The editor with 1.21 is ok. It was the editor with 1.17 that was screwed up.

Well thanks anyway- I can't import old scenarios and can't seem to find corruption slider. I know I must be missing out on something simple; any takers?
