Iam in the map editor and I cant set specific civ in player starting locations. I set player starting location, right click and bring up the properties menu, but it wont let me set which civ starts where. please help

Anyway here's the answer-
With the current editor you can not set starting locations. However, there are many savegame tools out there that allow you to do this.
