Boris, option 3, it's a legitimate complaint, and I'm personally insulted that any human being could convolute a language by using "XP" for expansion pack, and also because it's obviously been left up to me alone to point out the faults in this usage.

I would like to amend my explanation of my actions by reminding the audience that "XP" has ludacris ties to "expansion pack" in the first place; they just don't go together.

UK, no they haven't. not ever. maybe once or twice, but beyond that, you're wrong.
Boris, bite me. You're obviously the closed minded son of ***** here, who needs to be impaled and set on fire. Lack of sensitivity my hairy ass, *****.
And you have the nerve to accuse others of use of convoluted language? No credibility.

X is frequently used as a shortening of "ex"
            P stands for "P"ack.

Hence, XP. What don't you understand about it?

You mentioned PoW for "Play the World" before. Ignoring the fact that there is no "o" word, wouldn't this be trampling on the term "Prisoner of War?"

                You're unmovable!!!

You're a very sad person if you let a petty, trivial thing like this get to you. I see a lot of things on Apolyton that I don't agree with. But I don't go and troll on about them. I leave them be. Which is what you should also be doing.

Ah, simple lapse in memory. I don't know where I got PoW, which does indeed have strong ties to "prisoners of war," which made it a regrettable suggestion. But all is good, now it can be PtW. Are we all in agreement?

                            You said:

                            >>>UK, no they haven't. not ever. maybe once or twice, but beyond that, you're wrong.<<<

You contradict yourself in the space of a few words. You give the absolute "No the haven't, not ever." That means, unequivocally, no. You then say "maybe once or twice." Even once would be a complete contradiction of never. You then say "but beyond that, you're wrong." This is nonsensical, as you couldn't possibly know how many times it had been referred to as such or by who. You're not omniscient.

Ergo, total convolution. And since this thread is totally OT (that's off-topic, not Old Testament, in case you were confused), being OT in it is a moot point.

                            Cheers.
