How do I make bombardment lethal?

I'm new to the editor. What are the precise steps to making a destroyer, say, lethal in its bombardment capabilities?

in the unit panel, under the unit you want to give lethal bombardment, in the lower left, there are a list of flags you can select. Scroll down and you should see "lethal land bombard." and lethal sea bombard. Holding control, you can select one or both of those.
