Since the last patch, the "rules of the game are include in the save".
WHY ??
It's extremely inconvenient for any modder, as we are used to tinker and make some subtle changes WHILE playing our mods. Now, the changes does not show up in the game because the rules are included in the save !
How am I supposed to do to test the impact of modifications I make on nuclear plant ?
If I find that a change would make my game more fun, and I'm halfway through Industrial era, why should have I the choice only between "then do without this change" or "start a new game" ?
This is even more frustrating as I can't see any advantages to keep the rules in the savegame file.
It's been said often : the LESS hardcoded it is, the better.
So please, think about us for the next patch...
