Damn this 1.21!!! I dunno whether its just bad luck, or this 1.21 has made the game 10 times HARDER! The AI is in hyperdrive or something... I just saw the Babs build the Great Library in 500 BC... that unheard of in any game I played!! In fact, I've been totally unable to make it to a single wonder yet. Furthermore, half the games I start have me in a piss poor starting location with endless seas of jungle in every direction! Is this 1.21 at work?
