how to enable geographical starts?

On Marla's world map, could someone tell me how to get the civs to start in their correct geographical position?

You will find answers on the files forum.

Look out for Gramphos.

CivFanatics.com also mentions it.

I've tried installing once, but wasn't successful.

Not real handy I guess.

Firaxis should also be working on it, I've read some time ago.

I guess it's hard for them to program, patch and release ?!?!
