I have a great idea.

merge civ3 with simgolf. I'm sure it can work.

I want to hire people that can kick annoying countries off the map.

I want to hire people that can automatically get rid of unwanted land features effectively.

I want to hire people that can automatically raise happiness. Why should I have to do this manually?

When I run out of land, I want to be able to buy more.

If you break a dissident down into its component parts what do you have?

Well, Sid certainly gets dissed here a lot. An ent is a cross between a tree and a humanoid creature in Tolkein lore. So..

therefore I guess a Dissident is nothing more but a disrespected Rodney Dangerfield looking game designer who works in a forrest in Middle Earth.
