  • What civ would you have included II - child of previous thread

    The other thread seems to have moved into an Arab or Turks debate, but as I thought the original question was a worthy one I will pose it again: What civ would you have included?
    But with a twist: You are now in charge of selecting the civ for the civ game. You are limited to 16 civilisations. Which 16 do you pick? If you give a reason please keep it short and start a new thread if a discussion evolves.

    Thank you.

    A strategy guide? Yeah, it's what used to be called the manual.

    I still say the Irish of course.

    I don't care who the other 15 civs are IMHO.
    I drink to one other, and may that other be he, to drink to another, and may that other be me!

      Me, a whole lot of others!

      -Spain
      -Mongoles
      -Turqs
      -Celts
      -Incas
      -Vickings
      ...and more....

      And barbarians should become pirates after one civ discovers magnetism.

      And when you get all the endings, you get a hidden Civ, the Atlantiniens from Atlantis!

      A bit far fetched but you know, it could be cool.

        I'd like to see:

        The Mayans
        The Mongols
        Maybe the Vikings

        Hmmmm...I believe that would be that, I'd prefer to have more features in the game to give the game more depth
        This space is empty... or is it?

            Wasn't someone working on a mod that added more civs? How the work on that going?

              English --> Celts
              French --> Vikings
              Germans --> Germanic
              Russians --> Slavs
              Americans --> Tupi (joking of course)

              Also, I would add a few more African, Asian, native American civs (not nations) and of course the Aboriginals.
