Wonder Initiation Pop-up

Are you supposed to get the pop-up for all wonders?

I seem to get the pop-up for civ's that I have contact with, biut I don't get them for civ's that I have no contact with tho.

What do you get?

That's the way it's supposed to work...whether you have the popup on or not, the wonder screen only shows wonders in progress by civs you know...
