Stacking Units in the New Patch

Does it work as like in CtP2 or does it work for moviment purposes only, not for combat ones?

I didn't installed the patch yet.

Movement only. And only like units can be stacked, so no combined arms.

I'm not sure I like the way it's been implemented, but it's definitely better than none at all.

I really liked that CtP2 stack system. But I agree that this system is better than none at all.
