So do I have the "right" patch 1.17?

On Feb.13th I downloaded the v1.17 patch from Civ3.com. Then I heard there was something not quite right with the editor or something.

Then I heard Civ3.com had not updated to fix the new patch.

So I have the original v1.17 patch and have done nothing to download anything else.

Do I have the latest patch? Or do I need to redownload it from another site?

You should probably get the editor v1.15 (if your editor version is 1.17)

To clarify:
The only difference is the editor. The game itself is the same.
