Any changes to....?

I was wondering whether anyone has noticed if the Zone of Control and Free Shot have been beefed up or not? I thought they were rather feeble before so I'm hoping.

Damn. Though I wasn't really expecting anything. I was hoping it might be an undocumented change, but no such luck I guess. They really do need to beef it up some, 1 hit point of damage is squat.
