I was just wondering about this, as I don't currently have enough hard drive space to reinstall Civ3, and I am getting a new computer within the next month or so.
My old PII 366mhz with 64MB RAM and a 4MB video card is getting to slow. I'll get a Ath1.8ghz, with 256RAM 64MB video that might be able to run civ3 reasonable. Once I get some more money, I'll upgrade that to to have at least 1gb of RAM.
So if the corruption has been fixed, then AoK will get kicked, if it hasn't, I won't bother!
