I've posted this on CivFanatics but I haven't been able to get there for a few days. I have a game on the Marla Singer map-it's 1798-whole map full, and the game keeps freezing (windows XP error message). I used the God-cheat to watch what's happening, and the Japanese move (I'm the Indians), then there's a slight pause and then the error message (happens every time). It seems to happen while one of the AIs cities are being gone through (nothing is moving). Couldn't be the AI trying to settle a city with too many (I'd see the settler) or sinking a boat with the last settler (I'd see the attack). Is there anything in the patch likely to fix this? I'm on satellites-almost got the thing won-and I've been stubbornly holding onto the saved game in hopes that a patch'll fix whatever's wrong. Anything in the patch that might fix this?
